If a shared promise stops feeling right, any of these steps works immediately and needs no one's permission.
Unpair
Open Partner & Account and end the partnership. You don't need approval, and shared restrictions are removed.
Block
Block the other account from Partner & Account so it cannot send you another pairing request.
Turn off Screen Time access
In the iOS Settings app, open Screen Time and remove access for Pinky Promise. The device owner can always do this.
Delete your account
In Partner & Account, choose Delete account. This ends any partnership and removes your shared history.
